Upgrading the full version of ZipTV

If you have purchased the full version of ZipTV you can request the newest version at our Customer Upgrade page.

Getting help

Before contacting Customer Service, please take a look at the demos provided with ZipTV to see if the code examples explain how to solve your problem.

If you have a technical question that you cannot find the answer to by looking at the demos, please send a mail including all of the following information in addition to the problem description itself:

  1. What did you do to produce the problem (exact description)?
  2. Can you reproduce the problem?
  3. Does it happen with all files or one certain file? Do you have the file available for download for our supporters?
  4. Which version of ZipTV are you using (see object inspectors About field)?
  5. Which version of Borland C++ Builder are you using (including Service Packs)?
  6. Your e-mail address (required) and order number, if any.
